Register Your Account
Register for WiFi through our new system above. Choose student or staff registration based on your role.
Connect to TEC Network
Select 'TEC' from available WiFi networks on your device.
Enter Your Credentials
Use the username and password from your new WiFi account. Accept the security certificate when prompted.

Certificate Validation
Always accept and trust the campus security certificate for secure connections.
VPN Usage
Keep VPN disabled while on campus network to avoid connection issues.
Password Security
Never share credentials. Each device should use unique connection profiles.
Device-Specific Tips
iOS & Android: Disable private/randomized MAC addresses when troubleshooting connection issues.
Keep your mobile OS updated to avoid authentication loops and ensure compatibility with enterprise WiFi.
5GHz & WiFi 6: Use devices with 5GHz or WiFi 6 support for better performance and less congestion.
Turn off personal hotspots in classrooms. Lab machines auto-reconnect—report rooms with persistent connection drops.
Weekly Maintenance: Every Sunday 6:00–7:00 AM. Check for advance notices and real-time updates.
