Sub-domain registration

Procedures:

1. A formal application in letterhead of the concerned society/club/union 2. The application has to be duly registered in the campus administration and obtain an order from the Campus Chief 3. Visit the EMIS unit with the application. The unit shall process the request.

Club/Society institutional email registration

Procedures:

Computer lab and network hardware troubleshooting

Procedures:

Report the issue to the EMIS unit in person or via email. Issues covered include network connectivity, hardware faults, and computer lab equipment. Electrical problems are not handled by the EMIS unit.

Wi-Fi connection and certificate troubleshooting

Procedures:

Visit the EMIS unit with your device if you are unable to connect to the campus Wi-Fi due to certificate issues, device configuration, or other connectivity problems. The staff will assist with setup on-site.
