Important - Physical Submission Process:

Step 1: After online submission, a PDF letter will be automatically downloaded
Step 2: Prepare a separate request letter on your Club's Letterhead addressed to the Campus Chief
Step 3: Get your letterhead request signed/approved by the Campus Chief
Step 4: Bring both documents to EMIS Unit:
- The signed letterhead request (from Campus Chief)
- The PDF letter downloaded from this website
- Photocopy of President's Citizenship
- President's College ID Card photocopy
- Proof of existing club email (for domain requests)

About the Club Letterhead Request:

You need to write a formal request letter on your club's official letterhead to the Campus Chief requesting the subdomain. This letter should be signed by the Club President and approved/signed by the Campus Chief before submitting to EMIS.

What happens after EMIS submission?

Your request will be verified and processed by the EMIS team
Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after physical submission
If approved, DNS will be configured to point to your server
