Note: To request a subdomain, your club must already have an official club email (@tcioe.edu.np). If you don't have one yet, please request a club email first.

Important - Physical Submission Process:
- Step 1: After online submission, a PDF letter will be automatically downloaded
- Step 2: Prepare a separate request letter on your Club's Letterhead addressed to the Campus Chief
- Step 3: Get your letterhead request signed/approved by the Campus Chief
- Step 4: Bring both documents to EMIS Unit:
- The signed letterhead request (from Campus Chief)
- The PDF letter downloaded from this website
- Photocopy of President's Citizenship
- President's College ID Card photocopy
- Proof of existing club email (for domain requests)
About the Club Letterhead Request:
You need to write a formal request letter on your club's official letterhead to the Campus Chief requesting the subdomain. This letter should be signed by the Club President and approved/signed by the Campus Chief before submitting to EMIS.
What happens after EMIS submission?
- Your request will be verified and processed by the EMIS team
- Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after physical submission
- If approved, DNS will be configured to point to your server
